We sell through our established wholesale channels; if you're looking to buy a single vase, either come into our showroom or visit one of our dealers. Terms & Conditions

Basic Terms	First orders are C.O.D. or Credit Card. For net 30 terms we need a current credit card on file and four current open accounts (including phone and fax numbers). Allow 4 weeks to check credit.
Late Payment	All customers over net 30 will be subject to a 1.5% per month charge.
Prepaid orders	All prepaid orders are given production priority.
Orders under $300	There will be a $10 handling charge for all orders under $300.
Backorders	Backorders will be shipped on a priority basis. There will be a separate invoice on all backorders.
Delivery	Please allow 3-6 weeks. New accounts may take longer due to credit check.
Returns	Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization from Mark Hines Designs.
Freight Claims	Call us immediately if there is any broken merchandise. We will replace broken items and submit our claim to U.P.S. Please the product in the box with all the packing material until inspected by U.P.S.
Direct Ships	We offer direct shipping. There is a $6.00 fee for direct ships that are faxed in. The fee for phoned in direct ships is $10.00.
Collection Costs	Should your account be placed in collection, all costs incurred will be charged to you.
